Please note the cabin is outside approx 15 metres from the house and has a shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge Only WiFi in the house, not in the cabin No TV in the cabin, TV in the lounge in the house which you have full access too and the kitchen The bathroom is in the house. The cabin is heated by electric heating. Based in Newmarket on Exning Road, walking distance into town and within easy reach of Newmarket racecourses, the horse sales and town centre. Co op is about 100 m away You are welcome to use the shared kitchen and lounge

Really nice host and clean comfortable room for the night. Just what I needed and expected
The cabin was cosy and great value for money. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. I did not get to meet Sarah but I was made to feel very welcome. Any queries or issues were responded to online quickly. I was surprised how quiet it was - so peaceful and I got a great night's sleep both nights I stayed over. Parking was right next to the cabin. I am very satisfied and would recommend staying here.
