Overall this place is perfect for a small family who wants to feel secluded but not too far out. I was expecting a much cleaner house with the cleaning fee. Very dusty and it was as if the main walking areas were the only kept up. You do hear trains and they are often, we didn’t mind. Minutes away from Silverwood theme park. 2 kids loved the large bed bunk beds and AC and we loved having our own bathroom and the peaceful property. We would be interested in staying again for our next Silverwood trip.

I’m so glad we found this wonderful house! We enjoyed our first family trip to Silverwood and stayed in this awesome house! It’s very spacious and the beds were sooooo comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and they even provided some toiletries. The instructions were easy to follow and easy check in. Wold definitely recommend and we will be staying here again!

Nice and private. The mainline north south train crossing 1/2 mile away can be a bit startling in the wee hours. The beds were comfortable and the house was nice and clean. You have to be quick with your fingers when entering the 12 digit code to get in, quite difficult in the dark. The location is fantastic if you’re going to Silverwood!

We stayed here to be close to Silverwood. Location to the park is great as we didn't have to drive the long highway at night. However, the location was right next to a train crossing and there were trains that ran most of the night. You do get used to it once you are asleep but they are pretty loud. The house was nice and new (even still had that new smell) so I know many people hadn't stayed here. It was roomy and modern. More towels, blankets and kleenex would be nice just in case you did need them. Since it is new construction, and in a more rural area, there were a lot of bugs which is to be expected, but there shouldn't be any dead bugs inside. The cleaners missed a lot of them which is a little disconcerting. Communicating with the host service was easy, their call center was quick in responding and provided access information the morning of arrival. Overall for the price it was decent and if I was in the area I would consider renting it again.
