Booked last minute instantly late at night, ZERO CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS, so I had to contact host myself on W.App via phone despite texts, since he didn't reply or respond on Airbnb. Host said it would take him 25 minutes to come drop the keys since he didn't have lockboxes or any type of reception whatsoever. Check in took almost over an hour, only for him to arrive and tell my bf that the room WAS DIRTY AND DUSTY and decided to give him a DOWNGRADED room instead.This downgraded room was HALF the price and 2 small twin beds studio instead of a Queen 1 bedroom. He asked my bf to choose the studio if he wanted clean or take the actual booking which was dirty. He left without telling me he had changed the rooms.When my bf sent a video of the room, I immediately called the host when he left & said he would need another 25 minutes to come back!My bf was restless at this point and dying to sleep.Host finally returned only to change room. Next morning my bf's car was broken into!!
