*ONE FIREPLACE UNDER MAINTENANCE* This home sleeps 13 people. Three of the bedrooms have a queen and twin bed as well as a TV with Satellite. The solarium has 2 full size sleeper futons, a wood burning fireplace and a TV with Satellite and a DVD player. The two full bathrooms have a tub/shower combo and come supplied with towels and basic toiletries. The living area has a couch, loveseat, wood burning fireplace and a TV with Satellite and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils. We are surrounded by beautiful Patoka Lake, but you cannot see the lake from our property. We do have a walking path down to the lake and there are numerous boat ramps nearby.
