lovely tidy and clean caravan in a wonderful location. conveintly close to the play park and recreation area on the site as well as the pool and bar. Close to the road so some road noise at night but not too bad. the beds were comfortable and the caravan had everything we needed for our stay. Owners a responsive and extremely helpful and rlgreat with getting back to you. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Great location for walking around Hayling, spacious caravan. Some minor maintenance issues, but a lovely place to stay.

Great location but guess it could be a bit noisy in busy periods as near the entertainment...great that we could take the dogs with us and the caravan was well equiped and spacious....will definitely book.again.

The caravan was as described and right at the front of the park. Zoe’s communication was fantastic and she was very understanding of our reasons to stay on site. The gingerbread men on the pillows was a lovely touch as was the heater when we arrived. Beds were super comfy and shower powerful and warm. Everything we needed for our short break
