Apartment was clean and well equipped, view was good from living room but unfortunately situated behind restaurants/shops, so the sight from the balcony of unkept premises and woken up each day from rubbish trucks emptying bins early every morning was not pleasant.

The location of this unit is good however what is not noted is the fact that the unit overlooks the loading docks of the restaurants form the main street. This means that there is noise at night from bottles etc being placed in bins to well after midnight and rubbish collection and deliveries being made form 6am. Whilst there is a ditant view of water the main view form the unit is the loading docks and the back of the restaurants. None of this is in the advertismnet for the place.

Great place to stay with the kids, close to the beach, shops, and dining. The townhouse was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances. The bathrooms and toilets were nice and clean and renovated. Having a washing machine is really handy on a beach holiday too. Nice outdoor area with a lovely evening view. Would stay there again. On a side note, the noise early in the morning of bottles and garbage being emptied and delivery trucks rumbling past would be a nuisance to those wanting a sleep in. Luckily our toddlers don't allow us this luxury anyway so it didn't bother us too much. We had a great stay.

Great accomodation, apartment was clean and had all necessary equipment to stay comfortably. Location is great and very close to all restaurants, shops and beach. Communication from Great Ocean Road holiday was great and the lady who headed the key was very professional and friendly. Will recommend this place and Will visit again when in Lorn. Thank you.
