Jane and Iain were wonderful hosts, who invited us into their beautiful home and made us feel very welcome. The house is located in a really cool area, with loads going on. They made sure to give us some local recommendations of things that were happening. The room itself was wonderful, with a private en-suite, making it a cosy place to relax. Jane provided water, teas, and a kettle so we could help ourselves to hot drinks without having to go down into the kitchen which was a really lovely touch. Thank you so much and we would definitely love to come back again!

Jane and Iain were charming hosts. We had forgotten to order breakfast but it was no trouble to provide us with a delicious continental breakfast at short notice. Great area. Easy to access Bristol City centre. Our room was compact but with en suite and all mod cons and stylish. The bed was very comfortable! Nowhere to put/hang clothes other than on a chair, but If you are only staying a short while, no problem All in all, a most comfortable and convenient place from which to visit Bristol and we would not hesitate to stay with Jane and Iain again.

Jane was accommodating and supportive from day one. We had a local walk together on North Street, and she had many good suggestions. She was also supportive and helpful. I enjoyed being Jane's guest.

Jane is a friendly and accommodating host (with good coffee!). Tasteful and comfortable home in a good location. Very good value and will stay again on my next visit to Bristol.
