Villa de 140m2 habitables au calme proche du centre ville ,entièrement climatisée, elle dispose d' un espace bureau, une buanderie avec une machine à laver, une suite parentale, un WC indépendant .Un salon , salle a manger très spacieuse une cuisine donnant sur une terrasse couverte. A l'étage 2 chambres dont une avec terrasse, une salle de douche avec WC Coté jardin, un beau jacuzzi chauffé, transat, table ping pong, plancha élètrique terrasse couverte, stationnement sécurisé (6 voitures)... Chambre parental lit de 160cms au réz de chaussé avec salle de bain attenante à l'étage 2 chambres avec des lits de 90 cm : 2 lits part chambre accolés si vous le souhaitez. Dans le salon un canapé neuf a mémoire de forme pour 2 personnes De nombreux placards a votre disposition .

Thierry is a very kind and hospitable host. The place is spacious and clean. Quite and beautiful neighbourhood. Easy access to both bus and train to get around. It is about 20 mins drive from Cannes city centre. Communication with Thierry has been great. Upon our arrival, he filled the fridge with cold drinks and beverages. That is beyond my expectations. He even drove us to the train station when we are leaving. It was very kind of him. Really appreciate that. All in all, 5 stars host and place. Highly recommended.

Very nice villa. We had a great stay there for 4 days. Everything on site and a lot of cute restaurants nearby. It was very hot but there is a air conditioning in all rooms. Highly recommended.

Quartier très calme, voisinage calme et pas bruyant idéalement pour vous ressourcer, pas de vis à vis.

Stationnement sécurisé pour plusieurs voitures. Pour aller dans le village je vous conseil la marche 10 minutes. La gare A 15 minutes de la maison qui peut vous amener a cannes en 20 minutes.
