You don’t get a better location than this. Being tucked at the back of the building it is relatively quiet. The one window looks out onto another brick wall so it does require a trip outside in the morning to check the weather. Great restaurant on the corner chai Thai kitchen.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Evgen’s. My trip consisted of many broadway shows and it was such an easy walk to get down to Time’s Square! It has the variety of nice restaurants walking distance or quick bites like Popeye’s. Definitely convenient when you have those late night cravings. :) Evgen had provided me an extremely clear list of instructions that was easy to follow which created a smooth check-in process. I arrived pretty late at night, but Evgen was extremely punctual when I had any questions. The space was clean, cute and quaint. I would definitely book with Evgen again in the future. Thank you!

We had an awesome stay! The apartment is neat and well-equipped. Close to everything so it was perfect for our NYC trip!
