This home was built by the owners father in the 1950's and 60's. That beings said, it is very unique and has some older features. These features may not be safe for young children/babies or the elderly that need assistance moving around. There is a spiral stair case as you can see in the pictures, but this needs to be used with caution - it is firmly secure but there are no hand rails as you go up or down. There is a gate on the top of the stairs that can be closed off.
