We hire a professional maid service to fully clean the apartment the day before you arrive. Washer and Dryer in the laundry room, in the unit. Large assortment of wine glasses, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, electric panini press, blender, and microwave.

We are a professional couple who travel between the U.S. and Brazil. We have family both in the U.S. and Brazil. We also have family living on a lower floor of our high rise condo building. They are available if you have any questions or issues with the condo, or if you just need some local advice pertaining to good restaurants, shopping malls, etc. We also have a car service available for additional fee.
