Heather was amazing!! I came while they were away on vacation, so I unexpectedly had the whole place to myself… the only thing I’m sorry about is the fact that I couldn’t chat with her in person haha. Heather was so kind and fun to talk to online though, and the house was so pretty <3

Heather’s place was great. We had to find a last minute stay and Heather was responsive and our room was set up amazing. Heather has a beautiful home, and was around when we arrived and left which made my partner and I feel very safe! Would definitely stay again for a nice western Mass getaway!

Heather has a lovely home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s about a 6 minute drive to the center of town. I was in town visiting my grandsons at UMass and Amherst College so it was very convenient. It felt like I had the whole house to myself - I didn’t see a single person the whole time I was there. Check in was easy with a lockbox for the key. Good instructions. My room was nicely furnished - comfortable bed and bedding. Everything was orderly and very clean. It was nice to have access to the espresso machine and a few snacks. Would definitely recommend!
