Upon arrival there was no tour or information given. We had booked from the 10th till the 29th of December and we were dismissed prior to the 29th due to him not booking our dates as agreed. The house was extremely dirty, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and caused major back pain for all of my family and I, the shower heads were not operating properly as well as the dryer even though he stated the dryer worked. Overall we were all extremely disappointed with our stay and we do not recommend dealing with Fuad.

Mr. Fouad, was a very responsive & supportive. He made us stay like home. Location wise, it accessible to everywhere. We strongly recommend to stay at his apartment.

Fuad is an excellent and highly responsive host with a good command of English. The apartment is immaculate and well-equipped. The only minor drawback is the noise of the plumbing when you flush, but this is not the host's fault, as it's due to the small pipes used. The complex offers covered swimming pools, playgrounds, cafes, and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for families with children. There's a convenient grocery store just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and a taxi station by the gate, which is essential because you'll need a car to venture outside the complex.
