Harmoniously set, in a secluded position, in the gentle rolling hills that surround it, Fonte Pinella is a special home offering its guests total immersion in the serene atmosphere of the beautiful countryside south of Siena. Excellent rustic-style finishes, terracotta and wooden floors, exposed ceiling beams and wooden furnishings are the components that characterise this original Tuscan farmhouse in exposed stone, once an old rural residence, which offers large air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathroom and a spacious living room with numerous French windows giving access to the exterior. The house, completed by an annex with an additional kitchen located near the swimming pool, is set among green expanses of olive trees which define, on one side, the large surrounding garden with many outdoor living areas and the panoramic swimming pool. Fonte Pinella is located in a border area, in Tuscany but just a short distance from the region of Umbria, and 4 km from Chiusi, in the heart of Etruscan civilisation, with its shops and convenient train station. Just 5 minutes away is the motorway exit and the supermarket, while short car trips will take you to the numerous renowned localities in the surroundings, from the famous borghi of Montepulciano, Cortona, Montalcino, Chianciano Terme, Pienza up to the Val d 'Orcia, Lake Trasimeno and the great art cities of Perugia, Siena, Arezzo and Orvieto. Interior: Fonte Pinella has two floors connected by both external and internal staircases. The French windows on the ground floor lead into the large living room with a TV area, a sitting area with fireplace and an area with a dining table; from here you proceed to the kitchen, with access to the outside via a French window. Serving this floor is a bathroom with shower. The sleeping area on the upper floor is composed of three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a bathroom with tub and shower. In front of the house, and closer to the pool area, is an annex with a large kitchen with barbecue, laundry and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.

Grazie alla sua posizione, in un territorio a cavallo tra la rigogliosa regione umbra e l’affascinante Toscana, la proprietà rappresenta una location perfetta ed un punto di partenza ideale per andare alla scoperta dei più importanti centri storici e culturali delle due regioni. A 4 km c'è Chiusi, abitato antichissimo di cui le prime testimonianze risalgono al II millennio a.C. quando vi sorgono i primi villaggi di agricoltori e pastori e che diventerà una delle più importanti e potenti città dell'Etruria settentrionale, passato che oggi rivive nel Museo Nazionale Etrusco che, ospitato in un edificio in stile neoclassico, conserva reperti rarissimi. Il paese oltre a servizi, ristoranti negozi e supermercati, ha una stazione ferroviaria da cui partono treni per Roma, Firenze e altri centri maggiori e a 5 minuti si trova l'omonima uscita dell'Autostrada del Sole. Con questi mezzi saranno assolutamente piacevoli le visite attraverso i celebri itinerari che percorrono la Toscana del Sud e l'Umbria e che vi guideranno tra città d'arte, località termali, bellezze naturalistiche e percorsi enogastronomici.
