Parking available upon request. Perfect for surfers! Experience living next to the most iconic surfing spot in Brazil: Arpoador! Adapted to remote workers: fast wifi, A/C, 1 desk in each bedroom. The apartment has all the amenities you’ll need: full-equipped kitchen, linen, towels, washing machine. Spacious, ventilated, luminous environment. All rooms and living room have windows towards a small cul-the-sac street, Rua Xavier Leal. View above other smaller buildings. You will feel at home! Full-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, coffee machine… and a popcorn maker! The apartment can host up to 6 guests in two double-beds, one couch and one inflatable mattress. Parking available upon request.

El apartamento es una maravilla: mucha luz, excelente ventilación y muy moderno. Pero lo mejor es la localización, segura, a 2min de la playa y con un supermercado 24h, y con metro cerca. La cocina está completa y el apartamento es silencioso. Además, Carlos estuvo muy atento y me ayudó durante la estancia. ¡Lo recomiendo 100%!

Estadia maravilhosa! Apartamento completo, climatizado, limpo e melhor localização possível (supermercado, praia, bares, farmácias muito próximos), área de serviço completa com máquina lava e seca, ambiente super aconchegante e silencioso! Suporte do zelador excelente! Conta com vaga de garagem!

Position and size was amazing. The place was stylish but needs a few repairs. Check in and the actual building is great. There should be more than one set of keys. Altogether a lovely flat with a lot of extras and a lovely open plan feel. Communication was prompt and easy.

Blessed location, right on the border of Ipanema and Copacabana neighbourhoods (locals call it “Copanema”). A couple minutes away from a stunning sunset in Ipanema, a walk distance from the famous Arpoador rock, where surf was born in Brazil, and surrounded by all kind of supermarkets, commerce, iconic sites, sambas… while maintaining peace at home. You’ll be right at the best place to be visiting Rio!

Parking available upon request (confirm before booking). Scarce free parking around, and paying parking spots all around. For getting around the city, the best choice is Uber (very affordable prices), but metro is the right choice when going to very busy places at peak times (soccer game in Maracanã Stadium, Carnival sambodrome, New Year’s Eve on the beach…)
