We loved this apartment! Where to begin?!?! First, we chose this Airbnb based on other reviews and based on the proximity to all the things we wanted to do (CMHOF, RCA Studio B, Cash/Cline Museums). We were able to walk to do just about everything we wanted to do. Second, even though the apartment is a few short blocks from “the action” it feels pretty quiet, safe, and peaceful! The occasional siren can be heard, but otherwise, it’s amazing how insulated the area feels. And safe. We walked from Broadway back to the Airbnb one night after dark with no problems. The area was well lit and we didn’t feel unsafe ever. Lastly, the amenities in the apartment were really great. Not only was the place spotless, but there was a full fridge, misc snacks, coffee/tea, and even various additional items that one might need - ear plugs, band aids, etc. both beds were comfy and the pillows were excellent! If you need a Nashville home base, this is it!

Great location to walk to everything! Arena, Broadway, Ryman, Hall of Fame, restaurants Place was spotless. Kitchen stocked with snacks, coffee, tea. Clear instructions for everything. Immediate response from David with any questions. What a great host!!!

I appreciate David’s attention to detail from the kitchen to the bathroom. He thought of everything. Well stocked with all necessities. My wife especially enjoyed the personal fan on the makeup table and on both night stands. Very comfortable place to stay. A short walk to all the Honky Tonks on Broadway.

Location was perfect for walking to Broadway and 3rd and Lindsey- the latter being where we attended 2 shows. Off street parking a plus, although we basically took an Uber if we needed to walk more than a mile or so. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were even some snacks, coffee, honey and coffee mate powder. We rented this condo for the full size fridge because they are often hard to find in rentals. Everything worked well. Yes, the fire station is across the street. There are at least 2 white noise machines and 2 small fans as well as heavy curtains on the side facing the fire station. Honestly, we didn't lose sleep. And we adjusted quickly in the day hours. This was an oasis and escape from the wildness that is downtown Nville. There's plenty to do if that is not your scene. Short walk to the River park and pedestrian bridge that crosses the river. Couch and king size bed are comfy. Many TV options to stream. Takes a minute to figure it out. Thanks David! Will return.
