This is my trailer on a rented lot. There is a lot of interesting things to see on the property that are not necessarily aesthetically pleasing. Please drive with caution, there are children and animals. There is a no unregistered guest policy. It is a 1 bed 1 bath trailer (approx. 12' X 37'). Smoking is permitted outside. It is about 20 min away from New Smyrna Beach and Flagler Avenue. No WiFi at this time. My trailer, but on my friend's property. He is in the construction and excavation business so there are piles of metal and wood, kind of like a junk yard. But I do not try to tell my friend how to live. If you are OCD, or disturbed by such surroundings, please do not request to book. There are non-aggressive dogs, chickens, geese, and ducks on the property.
