Nice and comfortable flat with amazing view to all Yerevan and mount Ararat. Also the location was very nice cause everything is near. Super market, City centre, train station.

It is in a very good location with a beautiful view of Ararat. It's a quiet area. The only wish was that the apartment had a microwave. But overall, everything is excellent.

The apartment is lovely, has a great view of Mount Ararat and a very well equipped kitchen. It is located 5min from the cascade, so although you feel it is quite far from the center you actually get there within 10-15min slow walking (we were with a small kid and a baby). Communication with the hosts was great, they were always available to answer our questions and made our stay fantastic. Big thank you for letting us check out late! Our baby appreciates it :) I wouldn't hesitate to book again and would highly recommend the place.

Perfectly nice apartment in a peaceful and very private district of Yerevan. The building is new with an outdoor summer pool and playground in the backyard. Hosts are polite and friendly. Fast wifi. Supermarket nearby. So far the best apartment of 4 I rented in Yerevan.

I was staying in this apartment for a week and it was great! Arshak is a great host, he helped with a late night check-in and kindly assisted with everything I needed during my stay. The apartment is nice, spacious, clean and has every necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The view of Ararat is breathtaking! Highly recommend this apartment, thank you Arshak for hospitality!
