Micaela’s place is perfect if you are looking for a safe, quiet and dark place to sleep. She was super helpful and made sure we knew how to get to the property. Would definitely stay there again if I have to take an early ferry.

This was a great place to park safely and grab a few Zzzs. Micaela messaged me to confirm all details of the stay. The GPS does take you to her neighbors house but her instructions were listed clearly and we made it exactly how she instructed without issue. Nice watch dog on the premises too 😊

This is a practical way to spend a night in your vehicle without too much expense and knowing you won't be disturbed. My husband and I noticed the Boundary Bay Bike Trail 1km from the site before sunset and walked along the path at sunset, which was great after a four hour drive. There were mosquitos (late summer). The area was not as peaceful as I hoped because another camper used a generator all night, so we had to use ear plugs. But that seemed like bad luck. Overall this met our needs to have a safe place to sleep one night in the back our our Outback so we could attend an outdoor event at 9am the next morning. We couldn't manage to connect to wifi, but we didn't try moving around the property to check for the signal. Since our cell phones don't work in Canada, we couldn't contact the host for any clarification.

Micaela was super accommodating, this site is exactly as listed; a nice, quiet, safe place to park your camper. Decent location near the ferry and not too far from downtown!
