Ross was super responsive. The space was in a great location, even walking distance to Tower Bridge. It was spotless and comfortable for 4 adults. We arrived early, and Ross allowed for us to drop our luggage while the flat was being cleaned. The space was modern, convenient, and perfect in every way. If you want a space that you can easily feel as if you are home away from home, this is a great option. I will definitely try to book again on our next visit to London. Thanks Ross!

We enjoyed our 5-night stay at Ross's. The flat was just as in the listing. It was spacious and held 3 adults easily. The beds were comfortable, and everything worked as expected. The kitchen had a lot of cooking gear. We did not measure the Internet speed, but it was stable and seemed very fast. The interactions with Ross went smoothly, and he was prompt to respond. We arrived ahead of check-in time, and he allowed us to leave our bags even though the place was still being cleaned, which we greatly appreciated. There is some noise audible in both bedrooms from the train nearby, so light sleepers may want to have earplugs, especially in the summer when you might leave the windows open for air. Also, the main bathroom has a large tub, but the tub is tall and has sloped sides so may be difficult for people with reduced mobility to use easily.

The flat is good, room is clean and has a convenient location with a variety of restaurants nearby. However, 3 days after I checked out, the host questioned us regarding wether we have moved the mirror which caused a scratch mark on the wall. We have immediately clarified that we didn’t move the mirror nor did we do anything that may create the scratch (we left everything where they were.) Despite our clarification, the host still asked for compensation from us through Airbnb. Kind reminder for anyone booking this flat to have evidence incase of situations as such.

The place is great-clean, well maintained and carefully thought out. Read the manual thoroughly as it’ll make check simple. I’d definitely stay there again.
