I booked this Airbnb because of the location close to CAU for a track meet. I REALLY liked the cancellation policy. Not that I planned to cancel, but you never know when it comes to athletes and last minute injuries. Being able to walk to the restaurants, bakery etc was fantastic. It was everything we needed and my husband insists on staying here again if we ever need to - he liked how different it was.

This Airbnb is all you could ask for in an affordable Airbnb. I stayed there for a weekend, while visiting Conway, and it was great for visiting the campus and surrounding area. I found the place easy to park, clean and comfortable. If you’re not cooking, the only thing to know is that the shower gets hot as soon as you turn it on, so just reverse your normal shower operation by cracking it on to get full heat. The only issue I had was that I wanted to cook breakfast and found that the provided pans were crusted and that there were no sponges or brushes to clean them with, so I used the provided dish soap with a fork and my fingertips to clean the pans. Also, the only sharp knives were serrated steak knives, so you won’t be making fancy cuts. I didn’t have time to request support from the host, so hopefully these things will be resolved for the next guest!
