VILLA GAROFANO – MARSALA AREA Villa Garofano is a lovely modern villa situated in the ancient town of Marsala on the west coast of Sicily. Close to the sea and within walking distance of a supermarket and restaurant, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. In Marsala town centre (6 km) you can find shops, banks and more restaurants and there are plenty of attractions in the area – including the Zingaro nature reserve, the salt pans, Trapani, Erice, Segesta and San Vito Lo Capo. The 250 square metre villa develops over one level and consists of two buildings. The owners occasionally live in the adjacent house and are available to help if required. The villa and its outdoor area are for the exclusive use of the guests. Main building: In the main building we find the sleeping area with two double bedrooms (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds), a single bedroom (with single bed) and two bathrooms (with shower). Second building: In the second building we find a large room with a mezzanine level. The living area with a well-equipped kitchen/dining area (with table seating six) and a sitting room (with sofas and chairs, double sofa bed). We also find one double bedroom (with double bed) on the mezzanine level, a bathroom (with shower). Outside, the villa has a private garden which features a swimming pool (4 m x 8 m; depth 1.6 m; salt water).
