Kal was a wonderful host! He was friendly and very responsive to our needs. His home was very clean, well stocked and just beautiful. There was wine, snacks, and flowers upon our arrival! So nice. It was a wonderful setting to spend Christmas with our family. Would be great in the summer as well. I would absolutely stay again. Thank you for everything. :)

I appreciate how Kal was available and easy going. There are beautiful places on the property that were a delight to discover. Flagstaff road is a beautiful road that shows off the Continental divide and views of Boulder and its road biking devotees. The night sky is stunning. Thank you for a marvelous magical stay.

We had a wonderful time at the Ghayur's Mountain House, which is more aptly a Mountain Retreat. The scenic views were amazing, and the house was beautiful, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The Ghayurs provided detailed info on the area, hiking trails and recreational opportunities, as well as local restaurants. They also provided numerous amenities and pleasant touches that made it feel like we were staying at a friend's house rather than a rental, and they made available to us kayaks and other recreational equipment (though we never used them). I've stayed in Airbnb properties that were simply rentals, but Kal and Laura are top of my list when it comes to hospitality. Kal was communicative before, throughout, and following our stay, making sure we were well cared-for and informed. This was the best experience I've had with Airbnb and I wouldn't hesitate to seek out this property again. Thank you Kal and Laura for a truly wonderful time in your magnificent property!

This is one of the favorite places I've ever stayed in. The drive to the house is winding and lovely (About 25 minutes from downtown Boulder), and the views from the house are spectacular. We spent a lot of time inside as it was raining for most of our trip, and were not disappointed by the amenities, comfort, and beauty of the home. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of blankets and comforters for our group. Kal is a kind and gracious host - he left lots of snacks, drinks, and essentials for us upon arrival, which made it feel like home right when we walked in. He also suggested a number of restaurants and hikes to try. We enjoyed the drives to Red Rocks, Chautauqua park, CU Boulder campus, and downtown Boulder. I cannot recommend this place enough - Thank you Kal!
