Our lovely though small quad room offers the best solution for a group of up to 4 guests who would like to stay in Paddington area and have a tight budget. It consists of 2 rooms split on two levels. The total size is app 11 square meters. There is a small bathroom with shower cubicle in one of the rooms. Both rooms have TV. It is suitable for families with children however you should reconsider when travelling with small children or babies. Each room has 2 single beds. The room is part of Edward Hotel, 3* property located two minutes walk from Paddington Station.

Great stay. The room is a little tired and worn,l could do with new carpet and lick of paint but apart from that bedding and towels are all clean. Host is great. Second time staying here. Staff all lovely. Would recommend
As described in the description. If you want luxury stay elsewhere. However for a night for 3 of us in Central London this was a bargain. If you need space and a view this isn’t for you, but it isn’t marketed that way. Clean, tidy, compact and perfectly located.

The place was very small, which is well described in the listing. The worst part for me was that the carpet was very dirty, sticky, full of stains, rips, and pulling up from the floor. We didn't feel comfortable walking on the floor with our bare feet or with our socks. We didn't want to set our bags down on the floor, but we didn't have a choice. Other than that, the place was what we expected. The beds are aging and sagging, but you get what you pay for.

Edward Hotel is ideally set in the centre of London.
Paddington Station is located only 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. It serves underground lines: Elizabeth Line, Piccadilly Line, Hammersmith and City, Bakerloo, District and Circle Lines and national railway services.
Only 5 minutes walk away from the hotel, there is another underground station Lancaster Gate serving Central Line.
Heathrow Airport - you can get there either using Heathrow Express train or brand new Elizabeth Line. Journey time is from 15 to 35 minutes (excluding waiting time).
Gatwick Aiport - you can take Gatwick Express train from London Victoria. Journey time from the hotel to Victoria Station is about 25 minutes (excluding waiting time).
Luton Airport - you can take Elizabeth Line to Farringdon Station which takes about 8 minutes (excluding waiting time) and from Farringdon Station use Thameslink service to Luton Airport. This takes about 40 minutes (excluding waiting time).
Stansted Airport - you can take Elizabeth Line to Liverpool Street (app 11 minutes ride) and from Liverpool Street you can take Stansted Express which takes you to the aiport in about 50 minutes (excluding waiting time).
Victoria Station - from Paddington underground take Circle (yellow) line. It takes app 18 minutes (excluding waiting time).
King's Cross St Pancras Station - from Paddington underground you can take Hammersmith & City or Circle Line which takes about 18 minutes (excluding waiting time) or Bakerloo Line to Oxford Circus and from there take Victoria Line to King's Cross. This takes about 23 minutes (excluding waiting time).
Euston Station - you can take Bakerloo Line and change to Victoria Line at Oxford Circus. This takes about 20 minutes (excluding waiting time).
We can organise a taxi service for you. This is via a third party hence we require a notice. Last minute requests are subject to availability. Prices vary.
We have car park with limited spaces available. We do not take reservations for it, it is based on first come first serve basis. It is chargeable at £35 per night (from check in at 2pm until 11am the following day).
