We booked this property for the location and also the fact that it had a lovely terrace and hot tub, just what you need after a round of golf. Unfortunately on arrival the hot tub was dirty and needed cleaning but it actually was broken. Also the AC didnt work in any room and was also identified as broken. One of the showers also had a leak, one of the heads fell off in another shower and there were a number of light bulbs not working. HD Properties did send people round and the shower head, leak and light bulbs were fixed straight away however the hot tub and AC were not fixed for our stay. We were brought extra duvets and eventually offered a 30% refund however the total inconvenience of the place not being as described, engineers in the apartment and constantly communicating about the issues pretty much spoilt my trip. Sorry to write something so negative but its the truth. It was like the apartment hadn't been checked prior to our arrival.

Overall a fantastic holiday in absolutely amazing accommodation, albeit not the cheapest it would have to be one of the best apartments in and around the marina. Would definitely use the property again.

Absolutely fabulous place! It's huge and was perfect for our group. The terrace was wonderful overlooking the marina with plenty space to lounge.
