A beautiful house in an astoundingly peaceful location. Completely off-grid, yet with all modern comforts, including a well-stocked kitchen. Surrounded by utterly quiet forests, this is a wonderful place to relax. Excellent and helpful communication from the hosts.

We were looking for a remote and cosy place to stay and Hytta was the perfect match. The drive to Hytta was an adventure, but the house itself offers all the comfort needed and is very modern and clean. With running hot and cold water, gas and green electricity, there is nothing to miss. We went for a few hikes in the region of Hytta and the nature is amazingly beautiful with wild rivers, deep forest and a mountain lake. The beautiful terrace of Hytta is perfect to drink the first coffee in the morning while watching the mist slowly being dissolved by the rising sun. The hosts, Camilla and Tor, were very kind and showed us everything we need to know.

A beautiful off-grid cabin away from everything. It's even nicer than the pictures and the description. Communication with Camilla was great. We loved our stay there!

Beautiful cabin in a stunning forest area. There’s a lovely stream with small waterfalls within a five minute walk and a wonderful lake a 10-15 drive away, by the town.
