André himself was very helpful, he provided us with lots of information prior to our stay. Recommendations and very responsive, thank you Andre. However New Year’s Eve at 8.30pm we checked in to find the place hadn’t been cleaned or the beds made up . The sofa bed was not made up as requested. The main bedroom was a mess, and the 2nd bedroom is not as the photos on the airbnb listing. This is now a small child’s bedroom with toys and things everywhere. I have asked André to update his listing to reflect this. The property sadly isn’t up to the standard of the photos especially for the cost. We had nowhere to sleep as it was not made up and had to find alternative accommodation for the duration of our holiday. I hope that the listing is updated to reflect that bedroom 2 is nothing as the photos show and that the host purchase new bedding for bedroom 1 as it wasn’t nice. Andre has advised that he has now got new cleaners but also these other issues need to be addressed.
André was a great host, he’s been helpful since the beginning and offered many useful tips while staying there. André’s place was clean, beautiful, and very peaceful. The view was great and we enjoyed staying there. We had couple of questions that were quickly responded by the host. Thanks André for hosting us. We hope we stay in your place in the future again.
Amazing place!!! Would recommend it
It was a great honor to be the first guests to stay here. We stayed here for 3 nights with our children, before we travel further to Balestrand. It is a beautiful house, a nice place and fully equipped! From here we took the bus to Oslo and the other day we went to Lake Burudvann. A nice tip from André. The communication was fast and friendly. We enjoyed it very much and hopefully many more guests will follow. good luck!
Such an amazing rooms and living room with a stunning view. Great bathrooms and you get what you pay for.
