What a little gem!!! Beautiful cottage in a lovely setting. There really is nothing negative I can say . Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished ,big comfy beds with crisp white linen even a welcome pack and fresh flowers on the table. Nothing was too much trouble for Alia who gave us lots of information re places to eat and places to see.. I will most definitely recommend No3 Elm cottages or maybe keep it a secret so there will always be availability for us 😊. Thank you Alia x

We honestly can't recommend Alia's place more! Such a lovely cottage, perfect for my husband, toddler and I to enjoy a bank holiday weekend on the coast. The decor throughout the property was lovely, the bathroom in particular was stunning! Alia was so helpful throughout, such a comprehensive guidebook with brilliant recommendations for the area. We'll be telling all our friends and family this is the place to stay in Devon and definitely hope to be back!

Alia’s place was perfect for our short break in South Devon. Myself, my daughter and granddaughter ( 4 years) had a lovely time. Lovely coffee shop just down the road and a short walk to the play park for the little one. Checkin was super easy with Alia sending clear and timely communication. The cottage was well equipped and super clean, nice little touches like a welcome note, hamper, fresh flowers and information about the local area, we felt at home straight away. The beds are super comfy and the area very quiet, we all slept very well. The outside courtyard is quaint and private ,as we were blessed with dry weather we sat outside on a couple of occasions. There was no issue with on street parking and we always found a space close to the cottage. What a super little home from home, thank you Alia

Spotlessly clean, which after a tiring journey feels great. For our small group we felt that our every need was met. I honestly can’t find any negatives, excellent value for money - keep up the good work Alia, people who provide a service like this are a tourist’s best friend.
