The house has a lot of space and a beautiful big garden. We saw two deer running past while we were having breakfast. It’s a pity that only the living room has air-conditioning in the whole house, and no other rooms have air-conditioning. We stayed in July and it was really hard to sleep at night without air conditioning. Ended up our family decided to sleep in the living room and didn‘t use the upstairs room at all, if we stay in winter, there is no such problem at all.

First, the house itself is great. It's beautiful and spacious. The location is quiet and cozy. There's a nice living area and dining room. Check-in was super easy. There's free parking since it has a driveway. The main issue we ran into was the AC. There is one built-in unit in the living room, but no built-in units upstairs (where all the bedrooms are). If you're used to not having AC, I'm sure it's fine, but for us in July when it was hot out, we needed the AC. We ended up all sleeping in the living room and not using the upstairs. Again, this is really only a complaint if you need the AC. There were dehumidifiers in all the rooms, but they were not AC units. The host offered to bring fans, but not until 24 hours after I contacted them, so the response was a little slow. It seemed like a property management company so I'm sure that's why. Overall, it's a great place. I'm sure it's really nice in the wintertime as well. Just know about the AC situation before you stay here.
