Great location to nearby trails and beautiful view from the house. Everything in the house is as described in pictures. It would be a great location for Summer. However it didn't quite work for our group of 5 adults, it's incredible hard to share ONE bathroom after a long day out. On check out morning, we were required to put extra-time to pull all the bedding and set them back up for original looks, AND cleaning and drying all dishes and put back to cabinet (most host required us to leave all dishes use to leave in the dishwasher). I have never been to any Airbnb that require us to pull an extra hour before checkout to tidy everything back to original form.

Perfect location, peaceful but close enough to walk to Keuka Campus. House is comfortable and has everything you need. Love the lake view!

My family and I had a wonderful stay with Amanda. We had a small issue that she was helpful in getting it resolved quickly and efficiently. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Great Place and Great Area.

I had to miss the stay due to a last minute illness, but the rest of my family loved Amanda's place. Especially the access to the lake and the kayaks, as well as the well equipped kitchen. I hope I get to experience it for myself next time.
