We loved our stay here. The condo has a great layout that affords a lot of privacy for each bedroom. The cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed at! The owners are very nice and responded quickly if we had questions. Loved watching the many trains pass by during the day but on Friday night the noise was very loud with our windows open. Saturday and Sunday much better though. Only suggestion is that the downstairs shower floor is slippery so maybe a hand rail? Would definitely rent again.

We had a great stay! Perfect location, within easy walking distance downtown Sandpoint. The pool was across from the unit, which was convenient. The beds were super comfortable and the overall space was amazing.

NO AC - the night we arrived the inside of the unit was 90 degrees and did not cool down with the fans provided. This unit is in need of some type of AC for hot summer months (mini split, even some window units). It was unbearably hot in the unit. On the third day when it was actually cooling down outside, we had to keep the windows closed because of a wildfire. AC units would have made the stay much more enjoyable. No were to park boat trailer - We were told by host to park it at the city launch. But there are signs at the launch that say no overnight parking. So, we parked the tailer in a space in the extra parking at the unit and received a nasty post-it on our truck window saying to move the trailer, it wasn't allowed there. Probably a resident. There were plenty of empty. The deck was super dirty, the tv was filled with bugs. But the unit was nice and big, fit our family. It was a beautiful unit, nicely furnished. They had plenty of dishes. The boat slip was great. Great pools!
