Short 10 minute walk to the town centre bars & restaurants. Large property with lovely shared private gardens. Kitchen has all the equipment needed with dishwasher and washing machine. Large living area perfect for entertaining. Bedrooms basic but comfortable. Apart from the first day the hot water in the bathrooms was warm rather than hot. Most of the bathrooms have been recently refurbished with the exception of the basement one which is in need of modernisation. Would stay here again. One word about the pricing, it needs to be made clearer on Airbnb site that the fees to rent the property are based on the number of people.

We spent a month at Dana's place with our two kids. The area was really nice and we enjoyed the beach, sea, and local activities. Our kids loved the big community play area and tennis courts. The Internet was also very fast which was great for remote work and school. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

The Airbnb was amazing, it was very clean, comfortable and in a great location! The host was very helpful and thoughtful, providing us with great recommendations as well as a welcome dish! It made our experience all the better. Would highly recommend the accommodation to anyone visiting sant Juan and Alicante!

La casa cumplió de sobra con las expectativas, estuvimos super cómodos. La casa es muy amplia y cuenta con multitud de habitaciones. Edu fue muy atento y nos lo facilito todo de manera rápida. Para cualquier tipo de problema, los propietarios estaban en la casa de al lado lo que facilitaba mucho la comunicación en caso de haberles necesitado. Totalmente recomendable, seguramente repitamos.

Diana nos hizo la estancia fácil y acogedora, poniendo facilidades desde el principio hasta el final :)
