Stay in the heart of Bol in our spacious and air-conditioned 3-bedroom apartment - perfect for groups of friends or large families to create unforgettable summer memories. This is a newly built, modern and air-conditioned 3-bedroom apartment located in the center of Bol that can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is situated in a renovated house and covers an area of 72 square meters. It features two bedrooms with super king-size beds (200x180) and one bedroom with two single beds (200x90). Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a SAT TV. There's a living room area with a large sofa, SAT TV and WiFi, a dining area with an extendable table that can seat up to 6 people, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with all the appliances (dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and a kettle) and utensils you might need. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite, and the other one has a washing machine. The outside area is the best feature of the apartment, with a table and chairs for 6 people, a summer kitchen with an electric grill and a refrigerator, and a ceiling fan to make the hot summer days more comfortable. The apartment also comes equipped with built-in air purifiers, which ensure that you always have fresh air.

Absolutely stunning place! The apartment is great, with everything you need (and more) to make a perfect stay in this beautiful place. To start, great communication since booking and super helpful, we were greeted by Mr Boro who was really kind throughout out stay and very helpful. The apartment is spotless, everything is in great conditions and it has a lot of things to make your stay even better (pretty much all you need when you’re away from home). We were 2 families with 3 kids and the apartment was perfect for us, the terrace is beautiful and super convenient with an amazing view. Super friendly host who goes one step beyond you make your stay in this wonderful place. Will highly recommend!

THE BEST of the Best in Bol Pack your bags - you’re going to Boro’s place in Bol! Impeccable apartment in a perfect location that captures the essence of beautiful Bol. Beautifully designed apartment down to the local lime stone exposed walls. Aesthetically pleasing yet functional and attention to detail in this newly renovated apartment. Everything is provided down to the clothes hanging pegs and temperature control. And did I mention the location? Perfectly situated at the start of the beachside boardwalk and across the street from the ocean in the lively vibe of Bol. Wake up every morning to the most amazing view and sea breezes. Yes, we will definitely be back.

Our house is situated on the western side of Bol, in close proximity to the shaded promenade that leads to the renowned Zlatni Rat beach. The nearest beach is only a minute away, while the town center and restaurant can be reached in 3 minutes and the market in 6 minutes.
To get to the famous Zlatni Rat beach, you can either take a 17-minute walk or catch a tourist train from the bus station or a taxi boat from the center.
If you are arriving by car, there is a parking lot above the beach available for around 7,00 EUR per day.

My name is Boro, I lived in Bol when I was younger. Life took me in another direction and I moved, but I always somehow returned to Bol. Over the years of renting apartments and visiting this colorful small town, I decided to buy a house. Then, I got the idea to offer others the chance to experience the same thing I felt every time I visited. My wife Angelika and I decided to rent an apartment. Since we traveled a lot during our lives we tend to believe we know what most people need when they are on vacation, so we implemented that in our apartment. We will welcome you at the house, but all the communication is dealt by Frane who will give you all the details about the apartment and everything you might need. Hope you will be our next guests and we can promise we will do everything to give you a Bol experience.
