Für 5 gebucht, aber nur Betten für 3 bekommen. Starker Rauchgeruch. Lärmender Wasserenthärter, im Heizungsraum, der keine verschließbare Tür hatte und der Lärm somit nicht ausgesperrt werden konnte. Falscher Schlüssel in der Schlüsslebox, aber Fahmid war erreichbar und löste zumindest dieses Problem zügig.

The place was not ready half an hour after check-in time. There were not enough keys to lock the front and back doors properly and the backdoor lock was difficult to operate. There was supposed to be free parking but there wasn't with the host replying it was a confusion. The washing machine is in a room almost totally blocked by furniture such as mattress. There was no signal to the TV. The property is a few steps below ground level and is effectively on a basement which you cannot tell by their pictures in Airbnb. Discussed with the host on the issues but there were no quick solutions they could provide. Due to the above multiple issues I contacted Airbnb customer service for their opinion with photos showing what the issues were, and they agreed straightaway that in the best interest and safety of myself and my family members that I should cancel the reservation immediately and find somewhere else to stay. Given the above, I have no experience of staying for sharing.
