Great place and close to the beach with several different access points. Loved that 2 chairs were provided with beach service! Really our only complaint was that the condo definitely needs some upgrading! New living room furniture for sure, kitchen sink faucet needs repaired along with the sliding door to the washer/dryer. Over all was a nice place for our family of 6 and 2 kids! Thanks a lot

Great place for a family with children. This unit is a little outdated and the furnishings are showing their age but overall it worked fine for our group.

Mainsail 225 was a great layout and ample room in the living and bedroom space for 6 people. Kitchen was small/tight if more than one person in it. There was a broken patio balcony table, a wobbly glass living room table, the dryer hose was not connected to the vent so we had to attach it to relieve the humidity it caused in the unit. By attaching the hose it fixed the humidity but then the laundry doors wouldn’t close since the dryer needed space away from the wall. The kitchen sink only had one working drain- the other side was a garbage disposal that didn’t work. The kitchen cabinets all need replaced—they were not clean, food and drink splashes across cabinets. There were holes in the lower cabinets where they sit on the tile. The sliding balcony doors are dirty. 2 out of 3 bathrooms had moldy black spots. All the furniture needs updated. The couches and chairs in the living space were leather but discolored and very old/sunken in.

We had a great time on Miramar Beach at Mainsail! Such a convenient location to all the beachfront activities and attractions in town. Our condo was large and comfortable for our group. We had great communication before, during and after our stay from Southern Vacation Rentals. Would recommend to friends!
