The house itself was very nice and large. Cons: - extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful management - only one shower had hot water in the entire house - ants in the kitchen - mold at doorway - broken table - no heat in spa after paying extra for heat - no hair dryers in entire home - some bathrooms had no washcloths - toilets ran continuously in 2 bathrooms - the smell of electrical heat upstairs near one bedroom - super loud squeaky doors To elaborate on the rude management, they intentionally made things difficult for us. When we called for help you could her the alleged “supervisor” laughing in the background and telling the person on the phone what to say to us. They made me TEXT a photo of my credit card to them and wouldn’t take payment for the hot tub to be turned on otherwise. I am out of room to continue this review but management was the worst I’ve dealt with. Home is beautiful but needs a little work. I’d stay there again only under new management.
