Lanzie is a very responsive and friendly host. I informed her that I will be arriving late in the night (close to midnight), and requested her to keep a gallon of milk, which she did at no cost. The place felt a little chilly (basement level) when we checked in, and I messaged her to see if she could turn up the heating a little. She responded soon after and increased the set temperature as I requested. She also allowed us a late checkout. The only drawback is that it is a little far from interesting spots in DC, so it took a while to get there.

I booked this trip for a get away for my birthday with my sisters and it was just what we needed. Very quiet and cozy I felt right at home. I was super comfortable and relaxed, easy to check in, and very clear instructions. I really enjoyed my stay and would book again the next time I visit !

This was a beautiful airbnb in a nice peaceful location. Was very accessible to shopping area and about 25 minutes from downtown DC. The host was very responsive and friendly. Totally recommend this place.

We had a great stay! I was traveling with 2 teenagers and there was plenty of space for all of us. The apartment was very comfortable and peaceful. It felt very “homey.” Laney was very responsive; even when I locked my phone in the apartment at 5am. He offered suggestions for things in the area, such as the Metro station. Although the weather wasn’t the best, it was an enjoyable trip!
