This was my second stay at Ming's place. I decided to come back again as it's a very comfortable and perfect for long stays. The host is not in the place: it's an apartment with four rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher, and fridge available to use). It makes you feel like you have your own place without being under constant control of the host. That said people come every few days to take out the trash and clean stuff. If you stay for a while you can get fresh towels and beddings if you ask. The flaws with the place is that while a superficial clean is given fairly often, it could use a deeper clean once in a while, considering there's a pretty frequent circulation of different guests in the four rooms. Especially there's a bit of dampness on the ceilings of the bathrooms and the room I was in. But overall it's a perfectly comfortable place for a very good price in a vibrant (if a bit too car-busy) area.
