This site is carry-in, carry-out so please pick up after yourself. Bring your tents. 25 minutes to Warren, 35 to Montpelier, and plenty of hiking opportunities nearby. The property covers 7 acres and the boundaries are marked. There are neighboring seasonal camps farther down the road. Heading South on Raynor Rd turns into a Class 4 road and is a great stroll but can get muddy. Cell phone service is spotty. There are security camera signs but they don't exist. Please avoid the cabin build and lean-to project. There is flat ground to set up your tent(s) all around it though.
