Amari’s place had everything we needed for our trip and more! I was pleasantly surprised by how well she anticipated any need we could possibly have. She even provided coffee and snacks. As a host, Amari is fantastic! She is very friendly and proactive in making sure guests have everything they need. She was very responsive to any question I had. Amari‘s place is my new “go to” when staying in the Ponte Vedra area.
Comfortable and pleasant with a lovely pool view from the patio. Unit is well stocked with thoughtful touches and the owner is very responsive, informative, and pleasant. Smart lock and TV streaming services were easy to use. This unit is fairly and reasonably priced, I will return.
Amari’s place was just as you see in the pictures. It was clean, comfortable and stylish. We had a great stay and Amari was very responsive.

Welcome to this beautiful Ponte Vedra community, this luxury apartment will feel more like a resort. The sparkling blue pool with ample lounge chair options, the clubhouse with lounging space and an awesome pool table for some fun with your travel mates. Not to mention the outdoor grilling area with more lounge space and a community fire pit! Enjoy any of the community relaxation spaces or hit the state of the art fitness center to stay in shape. If you prefer the outdoors, you can feel safe taking a stroll beyond the complex in this friendly community. I like to refer to this are of town as the perfect trifecta location, you're within minutes to Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville, and Florida's first city St. Augustine! **Please note, the sofa has been replaced-updated photos coming soon!

By trade I am a school teacher. I’m a wife and mother of two, when I'm not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, and of course traveling!
