We enjoyed our stay with 4 adults and 2 small children (4 and 1). The house was as described and in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and outdoor space was the draw for us. And we utilized it as much as possible. There were many child friendly features including a secure pool fence that gave us peace of mind while the kids played on the back patio. Amenities including a crib and pack and play, as well as a high chair were greatly appreciated. There was also a beach wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella and lots of sand toys. As others have noted, it is about 20-25 mins away from most amenities, so a vehicle is needed.

The house was very open and beautiful . My wife loved the 10 foot ceilings and the pool area was fantastic. Sunsets were visible from the back pool deck or from the family room . Backyard is golf course which was very scenic and peaceful. Just a wonderful property . Plus , it’s just 15-20 min to beach

Beautiful house with a lovely pool and spa. There were three couples in the house. One couple had a toddler and baby staying with them in the Primary Bedroom. Each couple had their own bathroom which was very nice! Our favorite things about the property was the pool. (Don't forget to request heat ahead of time if you are staying in the winter.) Kitchen was HUGE! It was also fully equipped. Home came with beach towels, beach wagon, chairs and beach toys. We appreciated Global Vacation Rental's responsiveness over Christmas Eve/Christmas. The homeowners had moved the crib out of the Primary Bedroom. GVR sent someone over to help move the crib back, clean it and equip it with new sheets. A sign of a great host is how they respond to bumps in a stay. GVR did a great job! Huge shout out to Kairina out of Orlando.

The house was great for six to eight people. It was well-equipped in the kitchen and with beach items. The outdoor patio and pool area were great and the house opened up to the patio for indoor-outdoor living. The pool equipment is very loud though for anyone sleeping in the back bedroom. The house is dog-friendly! If you like to walk, this is not a good location. You have to drive to the center of Rotonda to get to some walking trails and a road with sidewalks. Rotonda Circle does not have sidewalks, and with a speed limit of 35, everyone drives very very fast. So taking walks from the house is not recommended.
