Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt als Familie in dem Appartment. Das Schwimmbad ist wirklich toll, genauso wie das Spielzimmer und das Restaurant im Gebäude. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung und zum Strand ist es auch nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 🥰😊

Amazing accommodation. 5 minutes walk to the sea, good restaurant inside building, waterpark for guests only, underground parking. Direct bike path to the city centre. We will definitely use this accommodation again in the future.

Die Wohnung A304 von Marcin/PATMOS ist schön, neu, modern, sehr funktionnell. Wohnung/Küche hat alles was man in Urlaub braucht. Schwimmbad/Sauna Komplex hat alle begeistert, besonders wenn Wetter ungeniessbar war Check-in mit Agnieszka lief gut und war zeitlich sehr flexibel. Kommunikation mit Marcin war sehr freundlich und nutzlich. Zu voll 5 Sterne fehlt momentan etwas Ruhe durch die Baustelle gegenüber (in Anzeige erwähnt). Es wird sicherlich demnächst leiser (Rohbau geht zu Ende, Kran wuerde abgebaut, als wir da waren). Also wir kommen bestimmt wieder Strand, Fahhrad Piste und Wohnung zu genießen. Danke für diese schöne Zeit.

Here are the positives: Everything was as in the description. The apartment is very cozy, we felt like home. The kitchen is really good, the knives are sharp, the oven, the stove is comfortable to cook on. There is everything for the comfortable cooking. We got the travel cot and the high chair for our child. There was the fluid soap in the kitchen and in the bathroom (no shampoo and dushgel though). There is a storage room in the apartment. All the problems were solved in the beginning. The negatives: The building site of the other hotel (which is the view from the balcony) is really loud during the day and yes,you can close the windows and everything is still, but if you want to air, you have the disturbing noise. And there was a smell of a toilet from the outside in the last 2 days of our stay there. I don't know, where did it come. Also, we were worried for the safety of our car, when it was stirmy and all the stuff flew from the building site in different directions

Wir haben mit unserem Baby (8 M.) und Hund 1 Woche in der Unterkunft von Marcin verbracht. Check in war etwas chaotisch. Aber ansonsten waren wir super zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Es gab sogar einen Staubsauger- mit Hund einfach super !! Bademäntel für Spa und Schwimmbad lagen auch bereit. Und für den Strand gibt es einen Stuhl, Windschutz und Decke. Die Sicht vom Balkon geht auf die große Baustelle vom Nebengebäude. Uns hat dies nicht gestört und zu hören war auch nicht viel. Schöner großer Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten! Bad mit Regendusche und normalen Duschkopf. Es steht sogar eine Waschmaschine bereit. Zum schönen Strand ist man zu Fuß in 5-10 min da. Vor dem Strand gibt es auch direkt einen tollen Radweg. Lidl und Co. sind mit Rad und Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!! Preis - Leistung war einfach sensationell!! Vielen Dank und hoffentlich bis bald !:)
