Great location and close walking distance to the shops and the nearby mall. While the apartment is generally modern and well-furnished, we were a bit put off by the constant smell emanating from the bathroom. We suspect this might be from the sewage system from the entire apartment block rather than from the unit itself, however it did make our stay a lot less comfortable than expected. A suggestion would be to at least install a portable filter within the unit itself to help air out the place and installing some air freshener to help reduce the smell. Our towels were also heavily stained with brown markings and smelt damp. We found a few damp towels hanging in the closet too. Overall cleanliness and quality of towels can be improved to help make the visitor's place more pleasant.

Everything was great , but need to improve with their cleanliness, we spot dirty towel in the cupboard , floor a bit sticky , and most important thing is need to chnge steamer for cloth as its cause black out ☹️ and cant be use

The location is right above Double Tree Hilton Hotel Shah Alam. It is right across the theme park and next to the Central I-City mall. It is very convenient. The pool and gym comes with awesome view. However, the back flow smell of the toilet is bad. Other than that, the unit is clean and nice.

Unlucky for the 1st day check in..the kekwat guard n management hold me to check in for 1 hour because of i dont have the excess card from tenant..lucky the tenant very reponsive n helpfull to settle the problem..overall the homestay : 1. Clean 2. Nearby from UITM 3. Walking distance to Mall n Theme Park And Due to a few inconveniences, The host/tenant promise me to give discount. Thanks Last but not least : 1 give 0 ⭐️ for the kekwat guard n manegement for the their RULES I give 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the cleanest homestay I give 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the host coz settle my case And for me own self i give 100⭐️for the KESABARAN tahap gaban😂
