we had a fantastic 6 night stay at Silver ranch nestled in the foothills of Mt Roland. the unit had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. a great shower, a fantastic heat pump for those cold mornings, great wifi so we could work remotely and really comfortable beds. We walked up to the silver mine one evening and met some tasmanian cave spiders. The night sky is gorgeous, so clear to see the stars. very convenient to do the day walk up mt Roland. which is a must do. only 40 min drive to cradle mountain for more walking adventures. so quiet and peaceful a stay. Thank you John. we will be back

Our kids had a blast at the Silver Ridge Retreat. John was very warm and welcoming and gave us great information about the retreat and the mine which the children loved.

For a girls getaway was a perfect location, lots to explore and see on the property, John was a very informative and interactive host! Great location to explore cradle mountain.

We stayed at silver ridge to access cradle mountain because accommodation is pretty slim around the area. Silver ridge was lovely in a stunning location with mount roland as backdrop. The accommodation was clean and warm, and the kids loved the heated pool. John was an excellent host. And we managed the trip up to cradle mountain in about 40 minutes- not bad at all.

Great place to stay, pool was amazing kids loved the all hours access to swimming. Amazing surrounds and lovely clean cabin with everything you need to make a meal.
