You can smoke on the balcony.The apartment is located 5 minutes away by foot to the beach. The city center is located 450-500 m from the apartment! The parking lot is monitored by safety cameras! The view from the balcony is full and unlimited! The apartment is located on the fifth floor but there is no elevator!Area around dhe apartament is very beatiful, quiet,safe! Apartament i bukur me shume ajër dhe dritë, i bollshëm për katër persona!Pamja është e pakufizuar!Apartamenti ndodhet afër cfarë do lloj sherbimi !Ka një ballkon të bollshëm ku mund të kalosh kohë të gjatë dhe të kesh mundësi të shijoni perëndimin e diellit,si dhe gjatë ditëve të qëndrimit mund të shfrytëzohet për të drekuar,darkuar ose për të pirë një gotë verë dhe të shijoni ajrin e freskët gjatë mbrëmjeve!Guzhina është një tjetër hapësirë ku ju mundet të gatuani çfarëdolloj ushqimi që të dëshironi dhe gatimet mund ti shijoni në ballkonin e bollshëm!Guzhina është e pajisur me të gjitha pajisjet e nevojshme sëbashku me një aparat ekspresi për të apasionuarit e kafesë,gjithashtu guzhina ndodhet sëbashku me dhomën e ndënjes ku ndodhen dy divanë që hapen dhe shndërrohen në krevate gjysëm dopio,gjithashtu ndodhet dhe një kondisioner i madh ku mund të ftohi ose të ngrohë gjithë hapësirën e shtëpisë,gjithashtu ndodhet dhe një televizorë i lidhur me internetin!Interneti është i shpejtë dhe mbulon gjithë hapësirat që disponon apartamenti!Dhoma e gjumit është një hapësirë e bollshme me një dyshek të ri dhe me jastëk shumë të rehatshëm,ku ju mund të qetësoheni dhe të kaloni momente të këndshme!Dhoma e gjumit ka dalje në ballkon ku ju mund të shijoni ajrin e freskët të mëngjeseve të qytetit të Sarandës ose për të shfrytëzuar orët e para të mëngjeseve për të konsumuar një kafe!Një hapësirë tjetër është dhe tualeti i bollshëm ku brenda saj ndodhet dhe një lavatriçe me detergjentët përkatës! Një mjedis që të bën të ndihesh mirë si me qenë në shtëpinë tënde!

We enjoyed our stay at Laert’s place! We arrived at the wrong address first listed on the website but once we arrived at the right place, Laert met us outside and showed us around the apartment. It had everything we needed and was very central. We enjoyed nights in the balcony and slept very well in the bed. Thanks again!
Estancia fantástica, ubicación perfecta, andando a todo y fácil aparcamiento. El apartamento perfecto y amplio, por poner una pega la ducha, que no tiene cortina ni mampara, se encharca el suelo y tienes que estar con la fregona secando mientras te duchas. Learti y su mujer unos anfitriones excepcionales, muy atentos en todo momento y detallistas. Lo recomendamos totalmente.
We had a nice 2 days stay in this apartment. It would have been ideal for 2 persons, we were 3 and the third persons sleeps on sleeping couch. The apartment has a lovely view to the hills and older part of the town from the relatively big balcony. It's an ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee or glas of wine in the afternoon or early evening! Only challenge was that the apartment complex doesn't have an elevator and the shower head didn't always work ideally. But all in all, a cozy apartment which is well located!
Bardzo polecamy pobyt u Laerta. Mieszkanie jest przestronne i jasne z ladym widokiem z balkonu. Znajduje sie na piatym piętrze więc przygotujcie sie na wspinaczkę po schodach bo w budynku nie ma windy jednak caly budynek oceniamy dobrze. Okolica jest bardzo bezpieczna i przyjemna. Jest tam spokojnie i miło. Bardzo dobrze się nam tam mieszkało i na pewno wrócilibyśmy tam ponownie. Blisko sklepy i różnego rodzaju restauracje a do plaży mozna dojść spacerem w około 10/15 minut. Mieszkanie było czyste a pościel pieknie pachniała a dla mnie to bardzo ważne. Polecamy serdecznie
This apartment was very lovely and super cozy for 2. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but very close to everything you need including the centre and beach. We absolutely loved the balcony, especially during sunset. Laert was a wonderful host who we unfortunately didn’t get the pleasure of meeting but was very easy to contact and gave excellent directions to the apartment when we were first checking in. We were even left some delicious drinks for our welcome ! If we ever come back to Sarande we will be sure to stay in this lovely Airbnb again :)

Zona ne te cilin ndodhet apartamenti eshte nje zone me te gjitha shërbimet dhe nuk te nevojiten mjete transporti,por nqs do te duash ke mundesine direkt per te marre autobus,taxi ose biçikletë!
