Residence La Pace, built and opened in 2022, consists of 8 finely furnished flats. The Residence is located in a very quiet and peaceful area about 1.5 km from the beach of Marina di Grosseto. The sea can be reached either by car or by bicycle path. The flats enjoy all comforts, including air conditioning, wi-fi and an outdoor dining area. On-site parking is free. Pets are not allowed. This spacious two-room flat of about 60 sq m is ideal for spending your holiday with your family. It consists of a living room with a complete kitchen with induction hob, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, a complete bathroom with shower, and an outdoor area with a table for dining. It is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking on site. Pets are not allowed.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Pajtime sehr gut gefallen. Die wunderschöne Anlage befindet sich etwas außerhalb des Ortskerns und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Bei traumhaftem Wetter haben wir einige Stunden auf der schönen Terrasse mit tollem Blick in den sehr schön angelegten Garten verbracht. Direkt zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir bei Pajtime Fahrräder gemietet, mit denen wir innerhalb von 10 min Fahrtweg am tollen Strand waren. Wir wurden mit frischem Gemüse begrüßt und Pajtime war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war über Handyübersetzung oder durch Patjimes Sohn sehr gut möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter. Dankeschön!

We loved staying here. Very clean place and kind people. It's even more beautiful than the pictures! Private terasse and parking, beautiful backyard, comfortable bed, AC and great amentities. I used their washer and drying rack to clean some clothes as we were traveling for a bit and everything was great. Not a single complaint! They even left us fresh produce from the garden on the table when we arrived! Hosts didn't speak english but airbnb was great to help us communicate efficiently. Close to stores, restaurants and the beach. We got to use their bikes to get to the beach and back and it was such a pleasant ride! Would come back again and recommend to anyone coming to Grosseto! :)

Residence La Pace is located about 1.5 km from the beach of Marina di Grosseto.
The latter is one of the main seaside tourist destinations in the Tuscan Maremma.
About 12 kilometres from Grosseto, Marina is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts in Tuscany, bathed by the crystal-clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The beach of Marina di Grosseto represents the most authentic spirit of the Maremma, an endless expanse of fine sand set between the blue waters of the sea and the green of the maritime pine forest. Scattered here and there, imposing trunks smoothed by the water are used to create the characteristic 'natural huts' to shelter from the sun.
There are many bathing establishments with restaurants and beach umbrella and sunbed hire, and large stretches of free beach. This stretch of the Maremma coastline is very quiet and also suitable for small children; the seabed is in fact shallow for many metres and the waters are almost always calm.
