The house is very nice and comfortable. Everything was in great working order, super clean, and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. Sterling was amazing in his response time and kindness to our questions. Highly recommend.

Worked perfect for our lay of the land snowbird recreational area trip. Lots of things to do! Boating on the Colorado river, Castle Dome City museum and ghost town, where there include the Enchanted Cavern tour. There’s Martinez Lake, Imperial Dam. There are days off road overlanding heaven near by. We were literally up with the sun and gone with the wind everyday. Then we were able to rest up in comfy beds at Sterling’s property. By the end of our trip we realized that this place has great amenities and access to the 8 freeway. Thanks Sterling for seamless arrival and departure. Mark

Sterling’s home is very clean, modern and had everything I needed to feel at home. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy linens, paper goods and cleaning supplies. Plus a stocked fridge with snacks and drinks. The home is centrally located with very easy access to all the sites I wanted to see. Also close to a big Fry’s supermarket which was handy, and within a few miles of dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. I would highly recommend this wonderful home.

Communication with the host was great! We visited Yuma due to a funeral. During our stay a few issues arose which were unrelated to the home. It was a humbling experience to see how caring and compassionate the host was. The home was clean, cozy and well stocked. I appreciate the coffee and coffee syrup😊 Thank you for truly caring for those who stay in your home.
