Welcome to our brand new apartment, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a cozy private terrace. The contemporary yet calm arrangement with a few colorful touches creates a perfectly warm home. The preferred free parking space is just by the building. Modern and practical appliances will ease your stay. Perfectly located in one of the newest residential buildings in Oradea, 5 minutes drive from the Old Town. Professional cleaning and disinfection protocol. The moment you’ll enter this brand-new property you’ll be delighted by its modern look with a nice grass private terrace where you can enjoy an early espresso or an evening aperitif. You can read your book or watch your preferred Netflix series on the modern sofa which can also be turned into a comfortable double bed for 2 persons. From the living room, you have separate access to the bathroom (walking shower and toilet) and to one more individual toilet. Amenities and towels are also included. A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cookware is at your disposal if you want to prepare some delicious meals. The lovely master bedroom, bursting with natural light will give you a peaceful rest and intimacy. The second bedroom has a simple yet very practical design. Child policies: Children of any age are welcome. Baby cot for children aged between 0 and 2 years is available on request and for a fee of 150 RON. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, availability, and for an extra fee. SMOKING is not allowed inside, but you are more than welcome to use the private terrace for a coffee and a smoke.

The apartment is located at the ground floor, it's pretty spacious, and has all the amenities needed for a good stay. The free Nespresso coffee pods were a nice addition, and the real highlight of the apartment was the terrace which me and the kids really enjoyed. The apartment has one dedicated parking spot, we had two cars and we had to figure out where to park the second one.
Minusuri: 2 prosoape pareau murdare/patate, ar fi foarte de folos un cuier la intrare, tacamurile si întrerupătoarele erau putin murdare, la fel si peretii, aveau cateva pete/linii de murdarie. Nu este microunde. Plusurile sunt mentionate si in descrierea proprietății.
Grundsätzlich ist es eine schöne Wohnung mit einer sehr guten Lage, leider gibt es aber einige Kritikpunkte aufgrund der Sauberkeit. Man spürte schon am Boden, dass es nicht richtig sauber war und das WC scheint schon länger nicht geputzt zu sein. Hatte bisher gute Erfahrungen mit FlatWhite, aber bei dieser Wohnung wars leider nicht so toll. Der Parkplatz ist außerdem ein wenig tricky zu finden, vor allem da man es aus dem Auto heraus die Nummer nicht lesen kann, somit bleibt einem nichts anderes über als rundherum um den Wohnblock zu Fuß den zugewiesenen Parkplatz zu suchen. Könnte man ein wenig besser beschreiben bzw einen Pinpoint auf Maps mitsenden. Die Gartenwiese ist gepflegt und sehr schön anzusehen, das ist auf jeden Fall ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal bei dieser Wohnung.

Nice place, good location, privat neighbourhood. There are some cleanliness problems, in one room we found a slipper mark on the white bed linen, in the other room the bed linen had stains, the walls are quite dirty and there are a lot of cobwebs.

You have several attractions within a 5-7 minutes drive: whether is the Old Town (2 km) with its wonderful Secession or Eclectic Palaces, specialty coffee places, and local eateries, or the Medieval Fortress (2.2 km), with its museums and upscale restaurants or Nymphaea Aquapark (4.5 km) for a fun and active day.
