Enjoy our renovated 1940's cottage only 3 miles to downtown, 5 miles to East, and 2 miles to 12 South. Our property is all about location and is roughly $15 uber anywhere in the city including the Airport! Enjoy our spacious backyard with a fully fenced in yard and patio with enough room for furry friends to run and play or host a dinner party with enough seats for 8 of your closest friends. Great stay! Would stay again next time I’m in the Nashville area!
Really enjoyed our stay. The house was a perfect size for our weekend and a perfect location. Host had given us a heads up about some issues so we knew those were not related to us ahead of time. Only issue was I don’t think the bed sheets had been changed before our arrival. Definitely would go back though!
Colin's place was a great location between the areas we visited (Nashville, Franklin, Smyrna). It was easy access to the highway. They backyard was nice to have! Parking was easy. Cute place. Also, Colin was super responsive!

Little Nash House was a great stay! The location was close enough to everything but retreated enough to where we didn’t have disruptions. The community was quiet and residential. The house was clean and very comfortable for our stay and everything was exactly as pictured.

Less than 3 miles south of Downtown, the neighborhood of Woodbine is a quiet escape with from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet still within walking distance to breakfast tacos at Tempo or the The Red Bicycle.
Our home is also conveniently located less than a mile from Nashville's newest sports stadium, Geodis Park, home to the Nashville Soccer Club. Wedgewood Houston is just around the corner giving all guests easy access to one of Nashville's hottest neighborhoods. Stop by Diskin Cider to try some local cider before grabbing some house punch at Bastion, then dance the night away at Flamingo Cocktail Bar.
We have ample parking for up-to 4 vehicles but the best way to get around the city is to drive or use rideshare!
