We came over to visit my son who is a student at CWU and the house was perfect. We were able to fix dinner for him and his roommates and there was plenty of room to sit around and visit. The fenced in back yard was great because we were able to bring his dog over to visit him. The house was very clean and really well equipped. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was quiet. We would definitely stay there again!

Tyler's house is simple and comfortable, and we felt safe in the neighborhood, plus it's super close to CWU which is what we were looking for. He's an excellent communicator and very kind to allow animals. This was the first time we've rented an entire house, so I don't really have a lot to compare to based on price, but for the space it's a great find for a family. The price may be fair since it's pet-friendly, though felt a little high for the area. Overall, for the convenience and ease, plus being able to accommodate us, our teenager, and our dog, we'd definitely go back and highly recommend!

Tyler was such a great host with excellent communication. This location was perfect for our stay during the Rodeo. Super close to the Rodeo and downtown. But still secluded from busy town traffic. It was quiet and neighborhood felt safe. You could faintly hear the fair if standing outside and not talking. The house was clean and felt very comfortable. I have twin 1 year olds who were safe to run around without anything to hurt them. The back yard and patio was so great to hang out on. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, though we ate out most meals because places were so close. There’s also a coffee stand two minutes down the road. We discussed pre-booking this place for next year because we enjoyed it so much! Thanks for a great stay for our first Rodeo experience!
